Terms of Service

Scope of Work

All projects will be delivered in line with the scope and deliverables outlined in a separate project plan or proposal. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be reviewed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Rates & Payment

Our standard rate is $80 USD per hour, unless stated otherwise in the proposal.
Invoices are issued monthly or at agreed project milestones.
Payment terms: 14 days from the date of invoice.
Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 28 days unless otherwise agreed.

Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Timelines depend on the client providing timely feedback, access, and approvals.
Delays in response may affect delivery schedules.
Projects paused for 30 days or more without communication may be rescheduled or billed for work completed to date.

Revisions

Each project phase includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions outside this scope may be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Ownership & Licensing

Final deliverables become the client’s property once all invoices are paid in full.
TinThumb retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused design concepts, drafts, or explorations remain the intellectual property of TinThumb.

Third-Party Tools & Hosting

We can assist with domain, hosting, or plugin setup where needed. However, TinThumb is not liable for service interruptions, outages, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Browser Support

All websites are tested on current major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We do not guarantee compatibility with outdated browsers or legacy systems unless explicitly agreed.

Communication

Project communication will be managed via email and Trello, ClickUp, or another agreed platform. TinThumb aims to respond to project-related queries within 2 business day’s

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to UK jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise in writing.
